X-Rite DensiEye 100 hand held Densitometer for the pressroom

Fully automated 4-channel densitomer for CMYK measurement that provides high measurement speed and response time (measurement time less than 0.1 seconds, response time less than 0.5 seconds). It measures up to density 3, which is essential for the high pigment market.

The DensiEye 100 is very easy to use, making it perfectly suited to anyone with only a basic knowledge of print quality control. Users have direct visual access to the most commonly used functions and density readings without even pressing a key. The clear Pass/Fail Indicator (PFI) provides quick results and lets users move on to the next measurement without even needing to look at the display unless the PFI alarm flashes.

DensiEye 100 is equipped with LED technology for low power consumption and is capable of up to 500,000 measurements per battery set (DensiEye uses standard AA batteries). This means less maintenance and fewer battery replacements. DensiEye 100 can easily communicate with any PC through the USB port.

Bodoni, Fogra-Certificated, microporous, resin-coated high-end proofing paper with semi-matt finish is specifically designed for high quality proofing applications and for use in all large format printers.

The Bodoni Fogra Certified proofing paper was especially developed for contract proofs in a professional environment. Its shade fits exactly to the ISO 12647-7 and was approved by fogra as a semi matt proofing paper.

The paper was designed to be able to show brilliant colors, fine nuances and a wide color gamut. Due to the lack of of use of optical brightners a high color stability and a highly reduced metamerism-effect is guaranteed.
